Customer Order Workflow Management encompasses the order item and work item decomposition as well as Customer Order Orchestration Plan Creation.
Customer Order Workflow Management looks holistically at the customer order and its customer order items and derives appropriate customer order work items. Customer Order Workflow Management is driven by ordering and product catalog rules, as these rules are configurable during runtime. It should be possible to easily configure different decomposition options based on same customer order type. It should, also, be possible to configure different ways to decompose a customer order to a set of customer order work items.
