Overview

Service Problem Monitoring applications provide the necessary functionality to continuously monitor the present operational status of the provider's services. The present operational status is made available as notifications for immediate action in case of significant operational deviation.

Functionality

Service Problem Monitoring applications are responsible for displaying the operational status of services. These applications are responsible for collecting the status messages and correlating them to service topology and comparing the availability against established service level agreements.
