Extended Description

Identify Sales Lead identifies a sales lead following on from marketing campaign advertising, or one that arises otherwise in the course of business and collected here. A sales lead, rather than a contact, may be identified as the target for a marketing communication, such as one that invites a party to initiate contact with an enterprise about one or more product offerings and provides a personal invitation number with the communication. Information about the contacting sales lead is collected via an interaction with the Party Relationship & Development process.
