This process allows to send back telephone numbers that were previously ported in, and receive telephone numbers that were previously ported out. Responsibilities of these processes include, but are not limited to: • Issuing Retirement request to send back previously ported in telephone numbers • Receiving Retirement request of previously ported out telephone numbers • Validating Retirement request
