Provide Party Advice of Charge/Rate provides advice on rates, in real-time, an estimate or value of the charge or rate for a specific usage or product offering request. The advice is usually based upon performing a full rating process for the request. The accuracy of the advice underlies the complexity of the product offering - so that a 100% accurate advice of charge might not always be available in real-time. In these cases alternatives are usually sought (for example presentation / product type offering change. Advice of charge can be provided pre-, during or post event.
